My oldest son, Handsome, is turning TEN in eleven days.
I have been working on a photoshow for his birthday and let me tell you that there is no better way to tug at a momma's heartstrings than to look at 120 pictures of her baby set to music and see how he has grown into such a handsome, caring and sweet young man.
This is hard for me to believe. I know he is growing up, but, to me he will always be my little boy.
This is my little boy who came to me all on his own, dressed up and with flowers wanting to take me out for dinner...only a few years ago.
This is the little boy that I spent hours making his Gold Power Ranger Halloween costume last fall.
And, this is the little boy who will be turning TEN in eleven days.

Happiest of birthdays to your Handsome coming up! I know what you mean about those heart strings...My oldest son is 18 and leaving home for college this summer. Waaaaaaa! It's going to be a rough transition for this Mama:( Hug em tight, my friend! Loved all of your St. Patrick's Day celebrations, btw. My second son is a St. Paddy's baby with middle name Patrick:) Hope your Lent is going well and you are enjoying this beautiful Solemnity of the Annunciation!

I know what you mean with the sniff sniff. oh the time flies by, doesn't it? My daughter is only 5 but already I feel the time is going too quickly!
